A 27-year-old woman has been charged to court in connection to assaulting two police officers in the Ballymena area on Saturday evening, 5th August.
The woman has been charged with two counts of assault on police, disorderly behaviour, resisting police and criminal damage.
She is due to appear before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court on Monday morning, 7th August.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
Meanwhile, a 28-year-old man arrested on suspicion of a number of offences, including assault on police in the Ballycarry area on Saturday morning, 5th August remains in police custody at this time.
