Launching exclusively on Prime Video in the UK and Ireland on Tuesday, 8th April 2025, Married To The Game returns for a second series, promising an even deeper dive into the dazzling yet demanding lives of the wives and girlfriends of some of the Premier League’s brightest stars.
Featuring Cat Harding, Taylor Ward, Claudia Rodríguez, Gabrielle Figueiredo, and Stephanie Hope, this six-episode docuseries offers an unfiltered glimpse into the world of football’s leading ladies—proving they’re far more than just arm candy to their superstar partners.
A Window into a World of Glamour and Grit
Series two of Married To The Game builds on the success of its debut, pulling back the curtain on the highs and lows of life off the pitch. From private jets to Marbella getaways, a lavish wedding in Lake Como, the euphoria of Euro 2024 victory, and front-row seats at Milan Fashion Week, the show captures it all.
Yet, it’s not just about the glitz. These women juggle motherhood, thriving careers, and massive social media followings while supporting their partners’ relentless schedules—revealing the resilience behind the glamour.
“We’re not living fairy tales,” says Gabrielle Figueiredo, wife of Arsenal’s Gabriel Magalhães.
“People think we don’t have problems, but nobody has a perfect life. We live under pressure every day—judged for what we do or post—but we were somebody before we met our husbands. It’s about enjoying life together, not just perfection.”
Meet the Leading Ladies

Taylor Ward and partner Al-Ahli Saudi FC’s Riyad Mahrez
Taylor Ward, partner to Al-Ahli Saudi FC’s Riyad Mahrez, takes centre stage as she plans her third—and most extravagant—wedding. Costing a cool £1 million, the Lake Como celebration is a highlight of the series.
“It was such an amazing day,” Taylor reflects. “Everyone says, ‘Take every moment in, because it goes so quick,’ and it does. I’m grateful we had three days to enjoy it all.”
Between wedding prep, a hen do in Marbella, and settling into life in Jeddah, Taylor’s journey is a whirlwind of jet-setting and raw honesty—including letting cameras capture her breast reduction surgery.
“I don’t want to set unrealistic beauty standards,” she says. “It’s my body, my decision.”

Stephanie Hope, married to Aston Villa’s Leon Bailey
Stephanie Hope, married to Aston Villa’s Leon Bailey, brings relatability and warmth to the screen.
Originally from Jamaica, Steph met Leon via Instagram DMs in 2017 and hasn’t looked back. “He slid into my DMs with, ‘Do you know who I am?’” she laughs. “I tease him about it all the time!”
A self-proclaimed “family saver,” Steph’s down-to-earth charm shines as she navigates life in Birmingham—complete with trips to the market with a £20 knock-off Fendi bag. “I love remaining humble,” she insists. “If I can save £2, why wouldn’t I?”

Claudia Rodríguez, partner of Chelsea’s Marc Cucurella
Claudia Rodríguez, partner of Chelsea’s Marc Cucurella, offers a heartfelt perspective shaped by her Catalonian roots and family life.
With three children—Mateo (4), Rio (2), and Bella (1)—Claudia faced challenges when Mateo was diagnosed with autism. “You’re not prepared to be a mum of an autistic kid,” she admits. “It was very difficult, but we found a special school in London, and our lives changed.”
The series also captures her family’s joy at Euro 2024, where Marc’s victory with Spain thrust them into the spotlight. “When they won, it was one of the best days of my life,” she beams.

Gabrielle Figueiredo (Gabi), wife of Arsenal’s Gabriel Magalhães
Gabrielle Figueiredo (Gabi), wife of Arsenal’s Gabriel Magalhães, is a Brazilian fashion influencer determined to carve her own path.
“After becoming a mother, you want to feel like yourself again,” she explains. “I’m taking risks now—working with brands I love.”
From designing viral Arsenal jackets with her daughter Maya to attending Milan Fashion Week, Gabi’s ambition shines. “I want to show Maya everything I do is for her,” she says, adding with a laugh, “The least glamorous thing? Me in Gabriel’s shirt and a silk sleeping cap at night!”

Cat Harding, engaged to Arsenal’s Jorginho
Cat Harding, engaged to Arsenal’s Jorginho, returns after predicting her engagement in series one.
Now planning a Lake Como wedding for next summer, Cat’s chaotic energy is infectious. “I was considering not doing series two—I thought people would find my family life boring,” she confesses. “But I opened up more this time, and it felt natural.”
Viewers will also see her daughter Ada’s first acting lesson as she dreams of a creative career. “I’m excited, but nervous,” Cat admits. “The industry’s risky, but I want her to follow her dreams.”
Behind the Scenes: Taylor Ward Opens Up
In an exclusive interview, Taylor Ward shared how series two differs from the first. “Riyad opens up a lot more this time,” she reveals. “We’ve relaxed, forgetting the cameras are there, so you get a raw view of our life—especially in Saudi.”
Settling into Jeddah has been a learning curve, from grocery shopping woes—“I don’t speak Arabic yet, so it’s still foreign!”—to embracing the sunshine and community. “I love it now,” she says. “Friends visit all the time, and I’ve got my bearings.”
The wedding, however, wasn’t without drama. “My sister Darby found out she was pregnant, and her due date clashed with Riyad’s football schedule,” Taylor explains. “She had the baby two and a half weeks before and rushed a passport to make it—it meant so much.”
Add in her grandad’s passing just before the big day, and emotions ran high. “It was sad, but we got closure before the wedding,” she reflects. “He’d have been proud.”
More Than Just WAGs
The series challenges the “WAG” stereotype head-on.
“We are wives and girlfriends, sure,” Claudia acknowledges, “but we’re all different—not one type of girl.”
Stephanie echoes this: “People think it’s all glitter and stars, but I wanted to share my challenges and wins.”
For Cat, it’s about authenticity: “My mum always says, ‘Be yourself, because if you’re not, the mask will slip.’ Honesty is the best policy.”
From Gabi’s fashion aspirations to Claudia’s studies in communications, these women are building their own legacies. “I want to show my kids I’m doing something too,” Claudia asserts. Taylor agrees: “We’re privileged, but it’s not always glamorous. I’m running the kids around with no make-up half the time!”
A Life of Privilege and Sacrifice
The show doesn’t shy away from the trade-offs.
“It’s not stable,” Taylor notes. “You don’t know how long you’ll be in one place—I’ve moved across the world, away from family.”
Stephanie adds, “Time’s a struggle. Creating a community, then moving countries—it’s a big sacrifice.” Yet, the perks are undeniable. “We get to do amazing things,” Taylor says. “Seeing Riyad live his dream is incredible.”
As Married To The Game series two hits screens, it’s clear these women are rewriting the narrative—proving they’re partners, parents, and powerhouses in their own right.
Tune in on 8th April to witness their stories unfold.
