Belfast Artisan Distillery is thrilled to begin welcoming visitors to its craft gin distillery, located in Mallusk Enterprise Park in Newtownabbey.
Visitors are invited to delve into the fascinating world of gin production, learn more about the botanicals behind the brand and sample the company’s award-winning gin.
The company was granted its Producers License at Laganside Court earlier this month, enabling them to now welcome visitors for tours of and product sales at their Distillery in Newtownabbey. However, the Distillery isn’t just offering your ‘run of the mill’ tours, instead Belfast Artisan Gin promises to take you on a gin-credible journey that is as refreshing as well-crafted G&T.

Jo Davison, Director of Belfast Artisan Gin, explained:
“We use three locally inspired botanicals when distilling our Gin to give it that 'Belfast Twist' - Rowanberries (which you will find growing across Northern Ireland) give our Gin a sweet heat, Pink Heather (which you will find growing on the local Cave Hill) gives our Gin a light floral top note and Flaxseed (Our nod to the Linen industry) gives our Gin its smoothness.
"We are incredibly proud of it”.
Belfast Artisan Distillery also offers a Gin School visitor experience in Belfast City Centre as part of the NI Spirits Trail.
The new Distillery tours and Gin tasting that will now be available at the Distillery in Mallusk will enhance their offering to locals, as well as tourists interested in locally produced Northern Irish Spirits.
