This week Chief Executive Jean-Marc Gales and Noel Jones met with James McNeil, Body Engineering Manager to congratulate him on 25 years of continuous service within engineering at Wrightbus.
James began his career at Wrightbus in 1999 as a design engineer and has since worked his way up through the company through roles including Design Team Co-Ordinator, Contracts Engineering Manager and now Body Engineering Manager where he leads a team of 30 engineers focused on body design for all Wrightbus’ current products and new product development projects.
James has played a vital role in many engineering firsts for Wrightbus over the years, building successful teams and equipping many people to progress in their own careers.
Working alongside the company’s extensive customer base, and the many departments within Wrightbus, James proved himself to be highly knowledgeable, diligent and dedicated to his role and the company.
