Police appeal for information following burglary in Ballymena town centre

Police are appealing for information following a report of a burglary in Broughshane Street, Ballymena in the early hours of this morning, Thursday 27th June.


A spokesperson for the Police Service of Northern Ireland said:


“At approximately 2.45am, two men were seen gaining access to the business by damaging the front door of the property.



“They then stole a sum of cash before making off in the direction of Garfield Place.


“Anyone who may have witnessed anyone suspicious in the area or anyone with CCTV or other footage that could assist with enquiries is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference 175 of 27/06/24.


“Alternatively, you can submit a report online using the non-emergency reporting form via http://www.psni.police.uk/makeareport/“
