Multiple people injured after assault outside bar in Ballymena

Police in Ballymena are investigating after a number of people were injured outside a bar in the town over the weekend.

A police spokesperson commented:

"Police are appealing for information and witnesses in relation to an assault outside Granny Annie's bar on Broughshane Street, Ballymena around 1am on Sunday 15th January 2023.

"As a result, injuries were sustained on multiple victims.

"Anyone who has any information please contact 101 quoting reference number 144 of 15/01/2023."
