Mid and East Antrim - Easter bin and recycling arrangements

Mayor of Mid and East Antrim, Alderman William McCaughey, announces Council’s Easter Bin and Recycling arrangements alongside a member of the Waste Recycling team.

Mid & East Antrim Borough Council would like to notify residents of the Easter bin and kerbie box collection arrangements and Household Recycling Centre (HRC) closures.

Bin Collections in Larne will not be affected.

Black/Brown Bins – Alternative Collections

Bryson Kerbside Boxes

Ballymena/Carrickfergus – Alternative Collections

Friday 18 April – normal collections

Monday 21 April – Saturday 19 April

Tuesday 22 April – normal collections

Household Recycling Centres (HRCs) will be closed on Easter Monday, 21 April, and Easter Tuesday, 22 April.  HRCs will re-open on Wednesday 23 April.

Please ensure to present your bins by 7am on the day of collection.
