Mid and East Antrim Borough Council has unveiled a vibrant line-up of free and low-cost activities for all ages to enjoy this summer.
Council’s new ‘Summer Sorted’ campaign has just launched with an array of live performances, cultural exhibitions, artisan markets, and family-friendly events - sure to keep everyone entertained this summer!
Mayor Alderman Gerardine Mulvenna has encouraged residents and visitors alike to seize the opportunity to make the most of everything the Borough has to offer.
"From the natural beauty of our surroundings to the heart-warming traditions that make Mid and East Antrim unique, there is something for everyone to relish. Our Borough is bursting with life and energy, and we invite everyone to join us in experiencing the joy and wonder that this summer holds."

For families, the highly anticipated #MEActive Summer Scheme returns to help kids channel their boundless energy into fun and engaging activities. Meanwhile, adults can stay fit and active in state-of-the-art gyms located in across three leisure centres: Seven Towers in Ballymena; the Amphitheatre in Carrickfergus; and Larne Leisure Centre.
The Mayor continued:
