McLarnon's Ramble Inn is the location for a special Antiques Fair this Easter with the BBC Bargain Hunt team attending.
The daily weekday programme is an enjoyable watch for many when the Red team takes on the Blue team in a bargain hunt. Both teams have £300 and one hour at a fair to buy antiques which they have to sell at auction, hopefully making money into the bargain.
With the help of antique experts, the teams get to keep the difference between what they spend on an item and the hammer price at the auction house, so it's all to play for as the auction begins.
The upcoming fair, hailed as the largest antique fair in Northern Ireland, and hosted by Prestige Antique Fairs NI, will provide the perfect setting for the production team to visit and capture a few local faces on the day, as well as of course, the competing teams hoping to make a profit from their picks.
Presenter Roo Irvine will be on hand as the BBC production team set about filming two episodes of the hit tv show.
The fair is set to take place on Easter Tuesday, 2nd April, between 11:00am and 5:00pm at McLarnon's Ramble Inn, on the A26 Lisnevenagh Road between Ballymena and Antrim.
Admission is £2 and children are free. Over 30 top quality dealers with be attending with a wide variety of items, including Silver, Royal Worcester, Victorian, oil lamps, vintage and antique jewellery and much, much more.
