A man and woman have been arrested following a shocking altercation which took place on Saturday in Ballymena town centre.
Videos which captured the spectacle were shared widely social media and messaging apps, and shows several people from two vehicles involved in a confrontation.
During the incident one car appears to drive toward a person and collides with another vehicle.

Commenting on the incident, a spokesperson for the Police Service of Northern Ireland said:
“Police received a report of an altercation involving a number of people in the Ballymoney Street area of Ballymena at approximately 2.20pm on Saturday 1st March.
“Officers attended and a two people were arrested.
“A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of attempted grievous bodily harm, failing to report an accident whereby injury was caused and dangerous driving.
“A woman aged 32, was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, criminal damage and disorderly behaviour.
“Both remain in police custody at this time.
“Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who may have witnessed the altercation or anyone with CCTV or other footage that could assist with the investigation is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 860 01/03/25.”
