In this current series I am sharing ‘meals when you don’t have time to cook’ - we’ve all been there! These turkey bagels are simple, delicious and filling.
Last week’s quick meal was BBQ Chicken Soda Bread Pizza - you’ll find more about there here.
These are some of my go-to meals for when I’m in a hurry and still want something healthy and tasty to eat… perfect for a quick lunch, post-gym evenings or when you’re late home from work!
Approx 550 calories and 48g protein. (I don’t always track my macros/nutrition but trying to at the moment!)
Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS…
Serves 1
1 bagel
130g Lidl NI sage & onion turkey breast (of course any turkey/chicken will work)

Handful of mixed leaves/rocket
INSTRUCTIONS…
Toast your bagel, then add your fillings and enjoy!
Simple, but delicious!
