Jill Bakes The Alphabet is back! And ‘H’ is for Honeycomb Rocky Roads.
This series took a bit of a hiatus, but I think this recipe was worth the wait alone - H was a hard letter to think of ideas for but these did not disappoint! They are so simple and quick to make too.
What recipe would you like next for ‘I’? Let me know in the comments!

INGREDIENTS…
Makes 16
275g milk chocolate
100g dark chocolate
125g unsalted butter
125g golden syrup
Pinch of salt
100g mini marshmallows
150g digestive biscuits, chopped (in fairly big pieces)
8 Crunchies (multipack size), chopped.
INSTRUCTIONS…
Line an 8 or 9 inch square tin with baking paper.
Add the milk and dark chocolate, unsalted butter, golden syrup and salt into a large bowl.
Set the bowl over a pan filled with a little boiling water on a simmer and melt - stir continually so it doesn't burn!
Remove the bowl from the heat before the chocolate has fully melted and let it continue to melt. (If the mixture gets too hot it can split - if this happens add a splash of milk and whisk until it combines!)
Add in the mini marshmallows, digestive biscuits and chopped Crunchies - leave some aside to decorate.
Stir well to combine. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking tin. Sprinkle the remaining crunchie over the top.
Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours and cut into 16 squares using a sharp knife, then enjoy!
