JILL BAKES | Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

Jill bakes smiling with slow cooker bbq pulled pork served in brioche bun

This is such a simple recipe and it is a good one... just bung it in the slow cooker and leave it!

It’s SO tasty, you need to try it! Perfect in a brioche bun or for loaded fries.

1 onion, grated

2 tbsp light brown sugar

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Black pepper and salt, to season

INSTRUCTIONS…

Put all the sauce ingredients into the slow cooker and mix together.

Add the pork shoulder and coat in the sauce.

Turn the slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours.

Remove the fat layer from the pork and discard.

Shred the meat using two forks and stir in the sauce.
