JILL BAKES | Rolo and Wispa Gold Easy Fudge

A super yummy treat that’s easy and quick to make…the oozy caramel is next level!

INGREDIENTS…

Makes around 40 pieces


400g white chocolate

60g unsalted butter, in small cubes

1 tsp vanilla extract

397g can condensed milk

140g icing sugar

Pinch salt

3 tubes Rolos

3 Wispa Gold bars



Rolo and Wispa Gold Easy Fudge

INSTRUCTIONS…


Line an 8x10 inch baking tray with tin foil. Grease with a small amount of butter.


Chop the wispas into small chunks and set aside.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate, butter and vanilla.


Melt in the microwave for about 60-90 seconds stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is fully melted.


Pour in the condensed milk and stir until the mixture thickens. Sieve in the icing sugar and salt and mix well.



Add in most of chopped Wispa chunks and Rolos leaving some aside to decorate. Stir to combine.


Pour into your lined tray and use a spatula to spread the mixture out evenly. Push the leftover chocolates into the top.


Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight. Then cut into bite size pieces with a sharp knife.


Keep in the fridge in an airtight container and eat within a week.
