400g white chocolate
50g unsalted butter, in small cubes
1 tsp vanilla extract
397g can condensed milk
140g icing sugar
Pinch sea salt
2 heaped tbsp Nutella
INSTRUCTIONS…
Line an 8x10 inch baking tray with tin foil. Grease with a small amount of butter.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate, butter and vanilla. Melt in the microwave for about 60-90 seconds stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is fully melted.
Pour in the condensed milk and stir until the mixture thickens. Sieve in the icing sugar and salt and mix well.
Add the Nutella and stir to marble through but don't mix too much.
Pour into your lined tray and use a spatula to spread the mixture out evenly.
Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight. Then cut into bite size pieces with a sharp knife.
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container and eat within a week.
