Want a roast dinner without the hassle and the washing up?! Look no further!
This is a super handy one-tray meal with the chicken, veg and potatoes all cooked together in a yummy gravy.
Ps. I think this may be one of the tastiest dinners I’ve ever made! You have to try this!!

INGREDIENTS…
Serves 4
Spray veg oil
4 chicken fillets
4 smoked bacon medallions (or any bacon)
1 onion, in wedges
4-5 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
1 broccoli, in florets
1kg baby potatoes, halved if larger
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 Knorr chicken stock pot and 1 dessertspoon Bisto onion gravy granules dissolved in 250ml boiling water
INSTRUCTIONS…
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2. Prep all the veg. Add the onion, carrots and potatoes to the tray. Spray with the veg oil and sprinkle over the rosemary - mix well.
3. Wrap each chicken fillet with a piece of bacon. Set into the tray.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli and toss the veg gently. Make up the gravy by dissolving the stock pot and gravy granules in the boiling water. Pour over the tray.
Cook for a further 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy the easiest roast dinner ever!
