Have you tried adding chocolate to a curry before? Yep, you did read that right… this curry contains Bounty bars and it is amazing!

County Antrim Foodie and Instagrammer
Ingredients
Serves 3-4
Spray oil
3 chicken fillets, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 punnet mushrooms, sliced
2 peppers, sliced
1 tsp onion granules
3 tbsp korma or balti paste
250ml chicken stock
4 tbsp single/double cream or reduced fat creme fraiche
4 x 57g bounty bars
Black pepper
Instructions
1. Spray a large non-stick pan with veg oil. Add the chicken and fry on a medium-high heat on each side for about 3 minutes until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. Add the onion, mushrooms and peppers and fry for 5 minutes.
3. Then add the curry paste, onion granules, chicken stock, season with black pepper and simmer with a lid on for 20 minutes over a low-medium heat.
4. Once cooked, reduce the heat further and add the Bounty bars and cream. Let the Bounty bars to melt slowly and stir to combine.
5. Serve with rice and enjoy!
