Here’s a recipe you really have to try. These are so good!
Jill Stewart (@jillbakes_)
County Antrim Foodie and Instagrammer
INGREDIENTS…
Serves 2
500g baby potatoes
Few sprays veg oil
Black pepper
Onion salt
3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp Sriracha sauce (adjust quantity as needed)

INSTRUCTIONS…
Cut the potatoes in to small cubes.
Soak for 30 minutes in cold water if you have time to remove some of the starch.
Coat in the oil and add a good shake of salt and pepper.
Throw into your airfryer. Cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, shake and cook for a further 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Mix the sweet chilli and sriracha sauces in a bowl.
Add the cooked potato cubes and coat fully.
Spoon over plenty of sour cream or serve in a little ramekin to the side. Enjoy!
You could also just cook them on an oven tray instead of airfrying - they'll just take longer to crisp up!
