Causeway Coast Community has reported this afternoon that the Logans Complex on the Frosses Road has been sold.
The sale was finalised prior to Christmas and businesses within the complex have not been affected.
The complex went on the market in 2018 but failed to sell and was placed back as an available property for purchase in 2019.
In a statement to them Stephen Deyermon, partner at TDK commercial property said:
"The Logan family started retailing from this site over 50 years ago, adding to and developing the complex into a must-stop destination on the way to the North Coast.
"The popular retail units and cafe are well known in the local community.
"The time has come to pass the baton onto new ownership and management; to further develop and take the business park forward into the next decades. The 8 acre site also has planning for a Petrol station and drive-thru restaurant and these plans will be reassessed over the coming weeks."
