Galgorm celebrates World Gin Day with luxury summer cocktail recipe



To celebrate World Gin Day, taking place on Saturday, June 11 Galgorm has created a refreshing summer cocktail, adding an irresistible twist to the classic Cosmopolitan.


With one of the most extensive and exclusive gin menus in the country, Galgorm’s passionate mixologists have created a bespoke, innovative cocktail using Bombay Sapphire gin complimented by an array of fresh, seasonal ingredients guaranteed to get you in the mood for summer.

Cocktail Recipe


Galgorm’s Gin Cosmopolitan


(Serves 1)


Ingredients


  • 35ml Bombay Premier Cru

  • 15ml Cointreau

  • 10ml Homemade nettle cordial

  • 20ml Fresh lemon juice

  • 50ml Cranberry juice



Method


  • Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  • Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds

  • Finely strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled coupe glass

  • Garnish with orange peel to serve
