Ballymena is set to host its first Nighttime Christmas Santa Run this weekend, Saturday 16th December, in a fantastically Festive fun event for all the family to enjoy.
Organised by the Traction Engine Club of Ulster, the event is expected to attract quite a number of seasonably decorated and lit-up vehicles to create a great atmosphere and spectacle that no doubt will provide an enjoyable evening for everyone - from the youngest to the oldest!
A spokesperson for the Traction Engine Club has extended an invitation to all to get involved in this brilliant run.
"We invite all seasonably decorated and lit-up vehicles to join us for an atmospheric night time Santa run through Ballymena Town Centre, and a sit-in Christmas dinner will be provided for participants on return.
"Why not help in providing a Christmas spectacle for children and families while simultaneously supporting the Traction Engine Club of Ulster, a registered charity.
"The Organising Committee look forward to seeing everyone at this nostalgic event, with best wishes for a safe return next year."
