Detectives have launched an investigation following the sudden death of a man reported on Monday, 24th March in Ballymena.
The incident occurred in the Carniny Road area of the town.
The incident, which has shocked the local community, is currently not being treated as suspicious, though authorities have confirmed that a post-mortem examination will be conducted in due course to establish the cause of death.
In a related development, a man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of multiple drugs offences. He is currently being held in police custody, where he is assisting officers with their ongoing enquiries.
