Filming for Pierce Brosnan's latest movie 'Four Letters of Love' has wrapped up the star confirmed, as he shared snaps of himself and wife Keely at Mullaghderg Beach in County Donegal.
Production crews have been shooting scenes over the last weeks for what has been described as a 'magical, lyrical and deeply romantic Irish story', based on Niall Williams' international bestselling novel.
Brosnan stars alongside Helena Bonham Carter (The Crown, Enola Homes 1 & 2, Nolly, Ocean’s 8) and Golden Globe winner Gabriel Byrne (War Of The Worlds, Hereditary) as parents of the fated lovers, played by up-and-coming actors Fionn O’Shea (Dance First, Dating Amber, Normal People) and Ann Skelly (The Nevers, Kissing Candice, Rose Plays).
Filming recently took place at the end of February for streets scenes in the County Antrim town of Ballycastle, where Pierce Brosnan delighted onlookers with his relaxed and friendly smiles and chats, as well as taking the time for hugs and selfies.
The actor stayed at The Salthouse Hotel near the Antrim coast, described as a 'luxury eco hotel with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean'. Starstruck staff were delighted to offer Mr Brosnan a warm welcome and offer the best of Northern Irish hospitality, before he moved on complete filming on location in Donegal.
Brosnan shared a snap of himself and his wife Keely (below) yesterday online, writing: "And that’s a wrap! Mullaghderg Beach along the Wild Atlantic Way. The luck of the Irish was with us as the sun shone upon us during the filming of 'The Four Letters of Love'".
The star also shared an image of himself captured by wife Keely (top) and wrote: "Down the Wild Atlantic Way, Donegal. We have had the most memorable of times in the company of all while making the movie of the book, 'Four Letters of Love' by Niall Williams".
